Last week we held our annual Kickstart Sundowner and had such an inspiring evening with friends and collaborators at the gorgeous FORM gallery.
The event marked the official beginning of Impact100 WA’s 2025 giving round and brought together community changemakers, regular donors and potential supporters to share and celebrate their commitment to making a difference for our community through the power of collective giving. Attendees had the opportunity to network, learn more about Impact100 WA’s method and impact, and hear from inspiring guest speakers about the power of philanthropy and its role in shaping a better future for Western Australia.
The speakers included 2024 $100k grant winner Shelly Skinner from Lionheart Camp for Kids who gave an update on their pilot program Raw to Roar, providing wraparound bereavement care for young people.
And she was followed by Alison Sayer of Homeless Healthcare who reported that are still going strong with their Street Health program more than 10 years after they received one of our $100k grants in 2014!
The FORM Gallery was the perfect backdrop for the evening’s events, with its exhibition of works created by young people from outer suburban schools under the guidance of WA artist, Andy Quilty.
There is no doubt that attendees left feeling energized and inspired, with a renewed sense of purpose and commitment to giving back.
Please encourage organisations to apply
